Update: Using all steps from your link I got this when I enter sudo apt-get update: The Repository 'http://www.bchemnet.com/suldr debian Release' does not have a Release file. Updating from a such repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default. Any idea what is wrong?
Thanx in advance for any help.

Thanx for your reply. Yes, those instructions are detailed. For experienced user, not for newbie as me. I was able to add your repository to Update Manager, add Authentication Keys and that's about all I accomplished. Other "steps" if any, are very "murky" for me. Thanx for your reply anyway. It looks like I have to learn compiling.
