Hello I have Ubuntu 14.10 and printer Samsung SCX-4216F with scanner. The scanner does not work. Does anyone know what to do?

You need to provide more information.  Do  you have the Samsung drivers installed?  This printer may work even without them.  Have you tried any of the troubleshooting suggestions on the website?  This is a common printer, and there are also several forum posts about it.  Do you get any error messages?

It is a multifunction printer, scanner and fax. I installed the driver UnifiedLinuxDriver-1.00.29. Program to scan using xsane a printer goes without drivers. No solution I know you tried with the council.

If we start scanning xsane writes error input and output
