Hi all,
After appr. 6 hours I got the samsung clp365W  printing correctedly on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
Unfortunately I cannot remember all the steps, but I can share the settings of my system.
At the end I removed all samsungmfpxxxx packages.
I (re-used) the Samsung installer (sudo ./install.sh in the Lunix directory ).
Started the "Samsung unified driver Configurator".
This installed the wrong printer CLP320!
So, I deleted it.
Via the standard Ubuntu printer installer I choose network printer, find printer, started typing the IP address of the printer and during the typing the samsung already popped up:(dnssd://samsung%20clp-360%20series%20(sec00xxxxx)._ipp._tcp.local/
So this "dnssd://samsung...." should be in the "Device URI" field.
Went "forward" and installed Samsung CLP-360 Series (SPL-C).
IMPORTANT settings (I think this solved some issues):
In my package manger:
none of the samsungmfp... packages is installed(!)
cups: 1.5.3-0ubuntu4 (do upgrade if older).
Good luck.
