My M2675FN won't scan

Hey there everybody,

My sister gave me her "old" M2675FN printer but I just can't get this MFP to scan in Kubuntu 16.10 64bit over the LAN cable.
I use the driver version 1.00.36, according the Supported Printers Page, and the printer is working fine, but the scanner won't scan a page.

I found this, matching, post here:

and I walked it through installing the proposed driver (1.00.29) but still the same results.
Printer is OK but the scanner NOT.


Do you think someone could help?
