« on: January 20, 2013, 18:35:33 »
After installing "samsungmfp-driver" and "samsungmfp-scanner" (both the last version), printing function works properly but I have problem with scanning. Would you please help me?

What have you already tried, of the various suggestions on the web page and the forums?

It's really confusing!
It seems that the latest version has problem with Ubuntu 10.04 or 10.10.
Previously, I installed Samsung Unified Driver on Ubuntu 10.04. "Printing" and "scanning" worked perfectly. After updating using update manager, scanning had problem.
Currently, I upgrade to 10.10. I have the same problem.
Any suggestion?

Older versions are still available, so you should be able to revert back to what you had working by manually selecting the older package versions.
