Cannot connect to http://www.bchemnet.com:80

Hello,
we expirience problem connecting via http to your site from subnet: 91.201.73.192/29  there's no problem from anywhere else, and there is no problem connecting on 21 tcp port from our network.
We have checked everything we can...and it seems to us, that we are blocked on your firewall.  Can you, please, check it ?

It's not a firewall problem at my end.  It may be that my web host has your IP range on some sort of block list; if your issue persists and you are certain it is not a configuration issue with your subnet, then I will contact them to see if I can learn anything.
